In a first for my team at Microsoft, and in collaboration with stakeholders from around the world, I created dynamic PowerBI benchmarking reports for 3 websites using 2 user data sources. Depending on the type of story and its resulting amplification strategy, we were finally able to answer the ever-present question, “Is this good?”, improving the credibility and accuracy of metrics reporting across more than 10 departments for dozens of stakeholders.

Using PowerBI, Tableau, Google and Adobe Analytics, Powerpoint, Microsoft Clarity and other reporting tools, weekly, monthly and quarterly website user analysis reports are created. Insights from the data, tailored to each client’s unique position in their industry, enables them to adjust their strategies for an ever-changing market.

AI

Used Microsoft Copilot to create an agent that would extract new user data from Google Analytics, then clean and transform it weekly. Next, the agent analyzed it for certain metric outliers or anomalies and then fed it into a PowerBI report. At the end of the process, it sent me an email with a summary.

Over the past two decades, I have played a pivotal role in driving high-energy digital transformation through my experiences as a change-driven client counselor.

I have led teams and trainings, advised leaders, developed and launched digital solutions, and leveraged data analysis to foster sustainable impact.

My work consistently centers on a simple question: what decision needs to be made, and what will move the business forward?

I have collaborated with a diverse range of entities, including corporations, universities, small businesses, nonprofits, community colleges, artists, and entrepreneurs, with the aim of enhancing processes by utilizing current insights and addressing pain points to inform business strategies.

To reach as many potential customers as possible we created a website, Shop the Frontier, which offered hundreds of items for sale. The website required constant maintenance and updates to products. In 2005 I hired Arista to manage it. With little training but a lot of gumption Arista jumped in with both feet, calmly finding herself training and learning as she went. Nothing rattled her; not the complicated commerce section of the website nor the constant demands of the entrepreneurs who required constant coaching to ensure their products got the best possible exposure. Arista’s job also included marketing efforts ranging from Google advertising to attendance at arts events around Washington State. She was always prepared, always professional, and always reliable. Arista is a great team player but she also works well on her own. To this day she is good friends with the other staff she worked with at Stone Soup which speaks volumes about how her work and work ethics were respected by others.
